    This listing is for a vintage restaurant ware Buffalo China soup cup or bowl made for Albert Pick, Co Chicago. This is 3.5" high x 3.75" wide and has a pretty 1" band towards the top which has a Deco feel and what looks like holly leaves.  According to an astute and very nice reader this is from the 1920's and is the FLORIDIAN pattern made for the Chicago Great Western Train Legionanaire Trains and used in the dining car.s.From a smoke free home with no damage.
