    circa 1949. I purchased this radio at a recent estate sale and it will ship to you just like I found it. I believe that this is a model 249 made for the European market? Radiomuseum lists a model US249 that looks like it was made for the US market. If you have more or other information about this set, please let me know.
    I did not try to power this on as I don't have a converter. The set looks like it has had some level of restoration in the past. It looks really nice in person. The wood cabinet is nice and solid and the finish looks good. You are buying what you see, as is. There are some minor imperfections like you might expect on a piece from this era.
