  • Condition: Acceptable condition for age! The stool feels pretty study, but I did not sit on it and I don't know how much weight it can safely hold anymore! Wood has some small splits to it but nothing major. Some edge wear and nicks to the wood, particularly the edges of the cane's handle. There are scuffs, scratches, and stains throughout to the wood. Metal hardware has surface rust. The World's Fair decal has some color loss around the edges. Will come as shown, so please see photos!

    HERE WE HAVE:
    A vintage "Kan-O-Seat" by Stafford Johnson Seating Corp. of Michigan! This is a wooden, folding chair/stool and walking stick! The seat of the chair has the 1939 New York World's Fair logo on it.

    Cane measures approximately 35" long in total. The round seat is about 9" in diameter.
