    Up for sale is this very nice vintage
    Delco R-1151 Broadcast Tube Radio/Receiver
    ,
    circa 1939. I purchased this radio at a recent estate sale and it will ship to you just like I found it. The radio powered on and I was able to tune in several stations here in central Indiana. I could also hear some static so it may need some minor adjustment. I have not tested it any further, nor have I tested any of the tubes. The dark walnut Bakelite cabinet is nice and solid and the finish really pops. I did not see any chips, cracks, etc.
    You are buying what you see, as is. There are some minor imperfections like you might expect on a piece from this era.
