MESCO 23 & 1/2" HI HORN SPEAKER.
TESTED AND FOUND TO BE WORKING
HORN BELL IS APPROX 10" AND APPEARS TO BE SOME TYPE OF COMPOSITE MATERIAL --- HEIGHT OF THE TOTAL UNIT IS 23 & 1/2".
GOOD STRONG CLICK WHEN TESTED WITH A 9 VOLT BATTERY
CONDITION:   WORKING SPEAKER WITH NO NOTICED CRACKS NOTICED ON THE HORN.
HOWEVER THERE IS SOME CHIPPING AROUND THE OUTSIDE OF THE HORN --- SEE THE LAST GALLERY PHOTO.
ENTIRE UNIT SHOWS SOME AVERAGE WEAR.  THE CORD HAS NO JACKS AT THE END.
