Vintage Weston Moisture Meter Model 8009 with Probe & Case

Description

This instrument is designed to measure the percentage of moisture in wood and similar materials. It is in excellent condition but is untested. The two vintage batteries are dead. The Bakelite case is perfect--no chips or cracks. The tip of the probe accepts sewing needles and vintage steel phonograph needles. A supply of both is included. Also included are the meter strap (not pictured) and the carrying case for all the gear (in very good used condition, half of the closing latch is broken off). Thanks for looking.
