Vintage The American Six Tube radio Receiver - knobs + parts , name plate

from a radio collectors estate , he had in a small plastic bag marked " American Six model 614-J8, 6 tubes.
not sure if information is correct, please see pictures,  Just what is pictured.  I did web search and found nothing...
knobs have set screws...  and the name plate says "The American Six"  thats all I know, thanks
