Vintage PRR Pennsylvania Lines Railroad Tea Grapefruit Spoon ~ Kings Pattern

Not sure if this is a 'normal' teaspoon.  It has a bit of a manufactured divot and groove at the tip of the spoon.  For olives, pickles, desert maybe?  No clue.  Cool piece.  International Silver Company.
Update:  I've been informed that it's a 'Grapefruit' spoon.  Thanks kind ebayer!
