Vintage Old Emerson Portable & Electric Tube Radio Complete And Works Burgandy

Please read all "conditions" section above.  I am an old gal that remembers radios and early TV's had to warm up for a minute to work.  There is a leather handle on the top to carry it and there is direction for batteries so I guess this is portable but there is also an electric connected cord.  I plugged in the cord and let it warm up for a bit, turned the knob to put it on and adjust volume and turned the other knob and found a station with sound so it does work.  I did not follow directions and try it with batteries.  Photos show it has tubes and an open compartment below where the cord is.  I don't know or understand electronics or tubes.  On the front is the built in speaker and it shows "EMERSON" in bigger letters above the station selector that goes from 55 - 160 and below that are a knob to turn it on and control volume and it has a knob to select the station.  When one station worked after plugging it is I didn't try for more stations because at that point I knew it worked.   Outside on the front bottom area it reads "EMERSON RADIO AND TELEVISION".  On the outside back it reads "EMERSON RADIO AND PHONOGRAPH CORPORATION  N.Y.  U.S.A.".   It is a nice burgandy color and there are old white tiny paint specks.   Inside on the back it shows  "EMERSON 18068  SERIAL # 121A-12860345" but I don't see any model number but there are other numbers.    It also notes  115V  20W.   This radio measures 8 3/4" wide   6 1/2" high and 4 3/4" deep.  It plays one station (at least), dials and cord work, paint spatters and has tubes.  Thank you for your patience with me.
