Vintage GDR MLW Carl Zeiss / Heynemann laparoscopic or Cystoscopic set in box

Found this set in the attic, alongside with other medical instruments. This one scares me! Because I research it and it seems it was used in the '60s for Cystoscopic or laparoscopic interventions. I have nothing to do with medicine, except the annual visit, so I have no idea what this is for. And I certainly don't want to know how it was used!
The most complex instrument in the box it has the Carl Zeiss Jena stamp on it. The others are branded G.G Heynemann Leipzig, VEB Medizintechnik Leipzig and something else I don't understand.
The box says MLW Made in GDR. There are also some accessories that look like some taps for liquids.
It is a great gift for a surgeon or a medic to display in a cabinet. Certainly not for use!
