Vintage Crosley Tube Radio, Model P-122W, circa 1948

For auction is a Vintage Crosley Tube Radio, ModelP-122W, circa 1948.
I am auctioning this piece strictly AS-IS.
This radio is currently NOT working and will need repair / restoration or might just be usable for parts or decoration.
This piece has the kinds of dings and scuffs you would expect from a vintage piece but the case is in overall good shape, and the knobs and dial seem to be period correct.
This piece can use a good light cleaning.
The top corners of the back plate seem damaged (not a big deal), as someone (not me) has placed a clip in the top left(pictured) and nothing on the top right.
This is a nice radio – I hope someone can appreciate it enough to fully restore it.
This would be a great project radio, or sadly a parts radio.
Either way, it is offered AS-IS.
I occasionally get asked if I will‘part-out’ or sell parts to a radio.
The short answer is ‘no’.
While I appreciate that you may just need that one part, this only leaves me with an even less functional radio and someone else will have to replace the part you now have.
