Description

Vintage 9" plates made for Canadian National Hotels Limited by Royal Doulton.  Heavy bone china with brown maple leaf and yellow square logo.
Canada's railway hotels were owned by the railroads or built to serve railway visitors.  Fine china was made specifically for the hotels.
These 9" lunch or small dinner plates are in excellent condition.  They show a bit of use, with a few small scuffs.  The glaze is clear and glossy.  The maple leaf emblem is clean with no scuffs or scratches.  No chips, hairlines or excess wear.
The color is a creamy white with a tan line around the edge.
