    Tube Radio & Phonograph! This is a great piece, I tested it to the best of my meager abilities and the results are a follow:
    -Plugged in, hums when turned on, lights come on in the dial and tubes begin to glow
    -Was able to pick up a station on it, though it was fuzzy and humming, may need an antenna or something
    -Player table spins, no needle in the arm so I couldn’t test that aspect, but the arm did move and lower into position when started
    The back of the cabinet has WC 16 RT 42 on the back, I think the 42 means 1942 but I could definitely be wrong – I am worlds away from being a radio expert so take all of this with a grain of salt. The veneer needs some repairs.
