Purchased this from a local auction. Selling it as I found it, I have not tested it in any way (cord doesn't look original, and is in poor condition) I couldn't find any info on web. Main box measures 6.25" x 4 1/8" x 3 15/16". This would be a cool industrial lamp base, or steampunk contraption.
