Union Pacific Railroad Winged Streamliner Ice Cream 1951 Intl Silver

Description

Here's a hard to find serving piece used by Union Pacific Railroad on their Winged Streamliner dining cars. The ice cream saucer with tab handle is side marked with the famous image of the winged streamliner. It is also marked UPRR on the bottom in script. International Silver manufactured this piece in 1951.
The bowl part measures approx. 4 1/4 inches in diameter and stands 1 1/2 inches tall. Please excuse the reflections as it's quite shiny! No loss of silverplate. Some slight wear in the well.
This would be the centerpiece of any railroad collection.
