I tried to research this dish and found the others
that were selling between 0 and 5
they were made by
Syracuse
China
This Treasure measures about
4.1/4" Across
4.3/4" Long and 1.1/4" Deep  and has the
older backstamp of the
Colorful Indian painting pottery
I found on the web that
Items with the words “Shenango China New Castle PA”
were likely produced between 1902 and 1948.
making this at least 70  to 80 years old

The decoration is very clear and detailed.
The tiny sketches that appear around in the rim as cameos
depict the winning of the American West and the coming of the railroad.
The colorful Union Pacific shield logo is well centered.
I think the Ice Cream Shell is a bit larger and measures about 5" Across

slight surface scratches  from dining car use
over 50 years ago as should be expected
