Marked OPCo Syracuse China, E-4,  Copyrighted 1923
Oval bowl measures: 5 3/8" x 4 1/4".  Made of restaurant ware. No chips, no cracks, minor utensil marks.
Blue band  has flowers and leaves. PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS.
