SUPER RARE~1939-40 NY WORLD’S FAIR POLICE UNIFORM JACKET~15 T&P BUTTONS~AWESOME!

~Here for your consideration, is an extraordinarily rare, original, vintage, 1939-1940 New York World's Fair Police Uniform Jacket. This  incredible piece of New York World's Fair memorabilia, was worn by the police, who patrolled the Fair grounds, when the Fair was open to the public. It has the manufacturer’s label, 3 large and 12 small, brass buttons, that were manufactured by the well known WATERBURY BUTTON COMPANY and is impressed as such on the back of every button. The front of all 15 buttons have the raised, three dimensional image of the Trylon and Perisphere. In addition, it has metal clips around the waist to hold the belt in place. There is one, original plain button, that was placed there intentionally, because it was covered by the belt. Additionally, it has the identification label with the police officer’s name, who wore the jacket.~As is evident in the photos, this jacket is in very good vintage condition!~
