    Very nice period decorative object with function. It stands 40 inches tall, 25.5 inches wide and 12 inches deep.
    It's labeled model 198 A 802, early 30's is my best guess.
    Tempted to plug it in but hesitant because without knowledgeable inspection, may do more harm unnecessarily.
