Sentinel Catalin Radio Butterscotch Model 284-fully Restored& playing -Nice original radio which was restored by my late friend jerry simpson he spent a lot of time on this radio and replace virtually everything inside-it plays loud and clear with no hum-The grill cloth is original as is the two knobs-The grill bars are original and not cracked-The cabinet itself was polished at some point but it does have a bout a 3 inch long crack on the right side which was repaired at the time of restoration-The dial is also original and is showing some paint loss but since I like originality I decided not to replace it these can easily be replaced-it has a new power cord and plug as well-it does play quite well but with Catalin radios this is not recommended to do for a long period of time as you could get tube burn with the Catalin-The chassis of these is mounted upside down and at the top of the cabinet not the bottom-your opportunity to get a nice Catalin radio for a fair price
