SCRAP or NOT / VINTAGE W&H STERLING WATER PITCHER.  The lighting in the photos changes the looks so I will tell you it has some tarnish which is easily removed with proper cleaning.  The mark on the bottom is W&H Sterling as you see in photos, my research could not determine any more solid information about maker. The heart engraving/embellishment  is beautiful and there are no dents or dings.  Please ask questions if the photos do not present clear condition. Weight is 11.9 oz, or 340 g. See photos for measurements please.  This is a great investment, melt value or vintage value.
