    Description

Here is a very scarce Radio Emergency Communication cloth patch/ badge from the Golden Gate Monitors. Presumably the organization was a safety watch group that used tube radios for ships / boats, automobiles, or airplanes, and this was for the Golden Gate bridge in San Francisco, California, which was completed in 1937; just before the Tacoma Narrows bridge in 1940. Though nothing has been found online about this.
The patch size is 8 1/4" in diameter, and it's in excellent condition as seen in the photo.
