Renogy offers a variety of shipping methods as listed below as well as free ground shipping on many of our products. Any items that qualify for free shipping will be identified on the product listing page. Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages. For orders with a value of 0 or more, a signature may be required.
Please note:
Not all items are eligible for Two Day or One Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address. Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped. Any orders in need of replacements due to shipping errors or damages in shipment will be sent out via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited.

For purchases made directly from our online store, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products with original package within 30 days as long as they are new, undamaged, and unmodified. Renogy will pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, product inconsistent with advertisements, incorrect product received, or for any extra products you did not order. REPLACEMENT POLICY

1.How long does it take to fully charge PHOENIX 1000?
It depends on how you recharge the PHOENIX 100 gets recharged. There are 3 ways to recharge PHOENIX 1000: solar, wall outlets, and automotive.
PHOENIX 1000 portable power station can be fully charged in 1.8 hours via a wall outlet, 3 hours with 400W solar panels, and 9 hours through a car port.
2.How many solar panels do I need to top up PHOENIX 1000?
The maximum solar input of PHOENIX 1000 is 400W. We recommend two E.FLEX 220 Portable Solar Panels (sold separately) to recharge PHOENIX 1000 solar powered generator faster.
3.Can I use PHOENIX 1000 as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS)?
Technically speaking, we regard PHOENIX 1000 as a standby power supply (SPS) rather than an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) due to its transfer time.
For standby power supply, you can connect PHOENIX 1000 to a wall outlet via the AC input with the included AC power cable. Just briefly press the AC On/Off Button to power on the AC Outlets and plug in devices. The SPS mode will automatically activate. In the event of a power outage, PHOENIX 1000 solar generator will deliver emergency AC power to the devices with a transfer time of less than 20ms.
Please note that PHOENIX 1000 cannot switch from grid supply to the emergency AC power in less than 0ms like a professional UPS does. We don't advise using the PHOENIX 1000 as UPS for critical devices like data servers or workstations. Make sure that the output load is rated below 1500W.
4.What accessories are included with the PHOENIX 1000 solar power generator?
PHOENIX 1000 comes with an AC power cable (5.91 ft / 1.8 m), a car charge cable (4.92 ft / 1.5 m), a solar charge cable (9.84 ft / 3 m), and a user guide.
5.Will PHOENIX 1000 automatically shut off output ports when it is not in operation?
PHOENIX 100 solar portable power station features timeout settings, automatically turning off output ports when devices draw low or no power from these ports to save energy. The default timeout setting is 1 hour. Alternatively, you can adjust or disable the timeout setting on DC Home app based on your needs.
6.What happens when the AC load exceeds 1500W?
Thanks to iBoost technology, PHOENIX 1000 can automatically identify which type of load that's plugged in.
For resistive load, PHOENIX 1000 actively lowers the power consumption drawn by the load to keep it operating without triggering AC overload protection.
For capacitive or inductive loads over 1500W, PHOENIX 1000 will be shut off by the AC overload protection. To disable the alarm, disconnect the device from the AC outlet and briefly press the AC On/Off button.
*Notes: The iBoost mode defaults to on. You can enable/disable iBoost with the DC Home app.
7.Are batteries inside PHOENIX 1000 replaceable? Can they be expanded in a certain way?
No, the lithium iron phosphate batteries (LiFePO4 batteries) in PHOENIX 1000 cannot be replaced. If you wish to use high-powered appliances with PHOENIX 1000, you can connect two PHOENIX 1000’s through a single phase or split phase parallel kit (sold separately). With the parallel kit you can get 1997Wh of backup battery storage and a maximum of 2700W AC output.
iStack technology allows two PHOENIX 1000 to intelligently distribute output based on available remaining power to balance capacity.
8.What type of battery cell is used in the PHOENIX 1000 solar portable power station?
The PHOENIX 1000 uses LiFePO4 batteries that have a long lifespan of over 2000 charge cycles.
9.Can this solar power generator be controlled using an app?
Yes, you can connect to PHOENIX 1000 with the DC Home app for real-time monitoring, adjusting charging speed, controlling the ambient LED light, and other personalized settings.
10.Can I lower the charging speed when recharging my PHOENIX 1000?
Yes, please connect your PHOENIX 1000 with DC Home app via Bluetooth. Then, find Input Settings and adjust the charging speed.

I installed this on my system that uses a renogy DC50S DC-DC MPPT solar controller. This replaced an old AGM. I hooked this up. My app found it on bluetooth, and that was it!
