Renogy offers a variety of shipping methods as listed below as well as free ground shipping on many of our products. Any items that qualify for free shipping will be identified on the product listing page. Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages. For orders with a value of 0 or more, a signature may be required.
Please note:
Not all items are eligible for Two Day or One Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address. Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped. Any orders in need of replacements due to shipping errors or damages in shipment will be sent out via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited.

At Renogy, we work hard to ensure a positive shopping experience with us. For purchases made directly from our online store, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products with original package within 30 days as long as they are new, undamaged, and unmodified. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements. Return requests outside of 30 days require special authorization.
Renogy will pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, product inconsistent with advertisements, incorrect product received, or for any extra products you did not order. REPLACEMENT POLICY
If you have received a defective product or one damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
In the event of a replacement, Renogy will arrange for return shipment of the defective unit, and once the part has been received and inspected, we will ship out the replacement part.
If damage results due to improper handling during the setup or installation, whether done professionally or by the customer, then the product is no longer eligible for replacement or refund.

1.How many solar panels do I need to top up PHOENIX 500?
The maximum solar input of PHOENIX 500 is 200W. We recommend two E.FLEX 110 Portable Solar Panels or one E.FLEX 220 (sold separately) to recharge PHOENIX 500 solar powered generator faster.
2.What happens when the AC load exceeds 800W?
PHOENIX 500 can automatically identify types of load with iBoost technology. For resistive load, PHOENIX 500 lowers the power consumption drawn by the load to keep it operating without triggering AC overload protection.
3.Are batteries inside PHOENIX 500 replaceable? Can they be expanded in a certain way?
No, the lithium iron phosphate batteries in PHOENIX 500 cannot be replaced. If you wish to use high-powered appliances, you can connect two PHOENIX 500 through a parallel kit to get 990Wh of backup battery storage and max. 1440W AC output.
4.Can I use PHOENIX 500 as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS)?
Please note that PHOENIX 500 cannot switch from grid supply to the emergency AC power in less than 10ms like a professional UPS does. We don't advise using the PHOENIX 500 as UPS for critical devices like data servers or workstations. Make sure that the output load is rated below 800W.
5.What accessories are included with the PHOENIX 500 solar power generator?
PHOENIX 500 comes with an AC power cable (5.91 ft / 1.8 m), a car charge cable (4.92 ft / 1.5 m), a solar charge cable (9.84 ft / 3 m), and a user guide.
6.Will PHOENIX 500 automatically shut off output ports when it is not in operation?
PHOENIX 500 solar portable power station features timeout settings, automatically turning off output ports when devices draw low or no power from these ports to save energy. The default timeout setting is 1 hour. Alternatively, you can adjust or disable the timeout setting on DC Home app based on your needs.
7.Can I lower the charging speed when recharging my PHOENIX 500?
Yes, please connect your PHOENIX 500 with DC Home app via Bluetooth. Then, find Input Settings and adjust the charging speed.
