Renogy offers a variety of shipping methods as listed below as well as free ground shipping on many of our products. Any items that qualify for free shipping will be identified on the product listing page. Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages. For orders with a value of 0 or more, a signature may be required.
Please note:
Not all items are eligible for Two Day or One Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address. Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped. Any orders in need of replacements due to shipping errors or damages in shipment will be sent out via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited.

When no operation is made for 5 minutes, the LCD Display will go out automatically to save energy. Short press the Power Button with PHOENIX on to light up or dim the LCD Display manually.
Customizable Power Saving Settings
Phoenix 200 power station will automatically turn off the CIG Port or AC Outlets to avoid power consumption when they are not connected to the device, or the connected device's power is relatively low for more than 1 hour.
You can also manually disable this function or enable it with one simple operation to meet different usage needs, such as low-power devices or devices that work intermittently (such as refrigerators).

Q/A
1.What size solar panel to use?
The operating voltage of the solar panel shall exceed 10V, and the open-circuit voltage shall NOT exceed 25V. It is allowed and recommended to charge PHOENIX with a solar panel rated above 60W to account for the energy conversion loss. DO NOT connect multiple solar panels in series.
2.What is the capacity? Can it be charged and discharged at the same time?
The compact design with 222Wh capacity can easily power most portable devices and small appliances. It also supports powering the device and charging the Phoenix at the same time.
3.Which devices can be charged?
The USB-C Input/Output Port can power most USB-C devices including smartphones, tablets, laptops, handheld game consoles, and DSLR cameras.
The CIG Port can power most car-powered devices including portable refrigerators, car vacuums, car air fans, and CPAP machines.
The AC Outlets can power most AC devices rated under 200W including laptop, monitor, TV, game console, inkjet printer, portable projector, and light bulb.
4.How long does it take to fully charge?
You can charge Phoenix to 80% in 1.5 hour via Usb-C port and DC input port; Solar: 4.3-5H; Wall Outlet: 4.2H; Car: 8H; USB-C: 4.1H
4.How to store it properly if it will not be used for a long time?
Charge PHOENIX to 50% and remove all the connections from PHOENIX. Turn off PHOENIX. For long-term storage, discharge PHOENIX to 30% and charge it to 50% every 6 months.
Fully charge PHOENIX when it is taken out of the storage.

I installed this on my system that uses a renogy DC50S DC-DC MPPT solar controller. This replaced an old AGM. I hooked this up. My app found it on bluetooth, and that was it!
