    Description

    Original Denver & Rio Grande Western Prospector 9” plate with the neat Flying Rio Grande herald designed by Laura Bramkamp of the Rio Grande Purchasing Department. This neat pattern was created for use on the Prospector train created in 1950. It continued in service on the Zephyr until the end. The stripe is in very good condition. On the back is stamped Syracuse China with a date code of 93-G, July 1964. This pattern was never stamped for the line. This is a great piece that will fit into any good collection and has minimum utensil wear. If it doesn't meet your expectations, return for a full refund, less shipping.
