    Description

Original Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe Syracuse Mimbreño individual butter. Mimbreño dinnerware was inspired by the thousand-year-old pottery art of the ancient Mimbres Indians of Southwestern New Mexico culture. The iconic Mimbreño dinnerware pattern designs were adapted by Mary Elizabeth Jane Colter, one of this country’s earliest woman architects and was originally served in the Super Chief dining cars on the Santa Fe railroad beginning in 1937. This neat pat is 3 3/8” in diameter and is an ivory piece that depicts a delightful hummingbird. Made expressly for Santa Fe dining car service is on the back side and shows very little use. This is a great addition for any western china collection. If it doesn't meet your expectations, return for a full refund, less shipping.
