2.25 x 4 x 1" deep with top showing Trylon & Perisphere in high relief.  Left side has "©NYWF."  Additional building scenes are displayed around the 4 side edges of the piece.  I believe this to be a very scarce 1939 NYWF item.  Thank you again.
