New York New Haven & Hartford Merchants pattern 8 1/2” plate. This is a neat New England area plate with the coastline map in red and a streamlined train in green. There are no utensil marks which makes me believe that it was never issued. The Buffalo backstamp is very faint but it clearly has the railroad name and infomation as it should. This is a classic example of one of the New England maritime traditions and is a great addition to any china collection. If it doesn't meet your expectations, return for a full refund, less shipping.
