Montgomery Wards Airline 62-230 tube radio - refurbished works

Description

For sale is a 1936 Montgomery Wards Airline 62-230 tube radio. Radio is in fair to good condition. Radio is AM only.
Tubes installed are: 1A6, 34, 32, 30, and 950.
The radio has been refurbished:
Capacitors have been replaced, controls have been cleaned.
Tubes tested, radio has been aligned.
Power supply is included. The radio is a battery type requiring a 90 volt battery and a 1 1/2 volt battery. The added power supply has an unregulated 90 volts and a regulated 1.7 volts. Power supply can be removed to use batteries or to power another radio requiring 90 volts and 1 1/2 volts at about the same current.
Cabinet has been refinished, believe cabinet tones are correct to the original. Also believe the top piece of walnut veneer has been replaced. Grill cloth has been replaced. Radio does not have a back.
Chassis is in great shape, radio plays great with a 6 foot antenna. Cabinet is in fair to good shape.
Radio measures 20" X 11" X 10 1/2".
