Absolutely Stunning Sterling Silver Pitcher (925) with MIXED metal, copper or brass, Hand-hammered. Full-sized, extremely rare!
Maker/Marks/Pattern:
Gorham Sterling (Est 1831), Marked 'L' for 1879.
Made by the legendary GORHAM in 1879, PROPERLY MARKED with DATE MARK "L". Preserved in excellent condition through 142 years.
The item's design is JAPANESQUE (Japanese).  The pitcher has copper/brass or other metal gold-colored DRAGONFLIES and FLOWERS on the torso, two LEAVES from the same metal on the handle. 8 (eight) mixed metal objects in total.

The pitcher has a length of 7 and 1/2 inches inches (190mm) long, it stands 7 and 1/2 inches (190mm) tall.
Condition:
Preserved in FANTASTIC condition! Hand-hammered and antique (1879, 142 y.o.), there are some lightest scratches and light patina, there is an engraving at the bottom of the item made in 1879, one shallow dent on the handle, a few microscopic dents at the bottom inside  - invisible (!), just mention all that to be on the safe-side. NO repairs or removals, Clean and Shiny Sterling, Mixed metal is in excellent original condition. It's truly museum treasure and rare deli for high-end silver collectors!
