    Description

    This is a magnetic  knife setting gauge that will work on planers.  It will not fit the smaller portable planers as there is not enough room to get the gages in.  I have used them on planers up to 24" though.  Once you set the gage off your knives you do not have to reset the gage again.  Your cutterhead must be clean with no rust on it.  The rust layer will throw all the knives off.  Just make sure the magnets are indexing on a clean part of the head.  These will work on larger jointers also.  If you can move the beds back so they fit in they will work.  Shipping on this item is free via USPS or UPS.
