HQST RS485 Parallel Charge Connection Cable
Use this parallel charge connection cable to connect two HQST MPPT controllers to increase the charging current of your single battery bank, helping to fully charge the battery faster.
Use your existing HQST MPPT solar controller to work with the new HQST MPPT solar charge controller, without upgrading to a completely new higher power controller, helping lower your costs.
When you want to use two controllers separately, simply turn off the function and unplug the parallel charge cable.
Only for HQST M2420N/M2440N/M4860N MPPT controllers.
How to Use?
1. Connect the battery bank to both controllers.
2. Use the RS485 parallel charge cable to connect two controllers together. Connect to controllers' RS485 ports. Set the same battery bank system voltage for both controllers (12V or 24V).
3. Connect the solar panel systems to the corresponding controllers.
4. Set the Parallel ON function on both controllers:
4.1 Press and hold the SET and DOWN keys at the same time until the parallel charge page appears.
4.2 Select the Parallel ON, press and hold SET key to save and exit.
