Here is a rare ivory winter season dish made by Homer Laughlin at the 1939/1940 New York World’s Fair. Marked on the bottom, "The American Potter, New York Worlds Fair 1940. Joint Exhibition of Capital and Labor". It measures 4-3/8” in diameter and sits about 1” high.
Condition:
Excellent, preowned condition. There are a few tiny flaws from production (dimples, bumps, dots), as well as some light scratches in the bowl. I don’t see or feel any chips or flakes.
