Almost brand new. Works like a champ! I bought it a few months back at Fry's Electronics before they closed.  I used it to connect my Canon 6D, 550D and M50 to my laptop and desktop to use with Zoom Meetings. Never had any issues or experienced any lag in my connection. However, Canon released their EOS Webcam Utility software and since then I no longer need this. Some minor scuff (almost unnoticeable) which doesn't affect the performance.
