.  This Public School Report card for Roy Dial is from Harmony School District in Harmony, KS.  Harmony, KS, Pawnee County is listed at a ghost town.  The town was founded in 1877 and abandon in 1908 and this report card is dated 1905 just before the town was abandoned.
The report card is on the W.M. Welch Company, Chicago standard report card bi-fold Form 1192.
The card reports 6 months of Roy Dial’s performance from September 1905 to March 1906, his teacher was J.F. Hoyt, and he averaged a 92.
