    Description

    Hard to find serving platter in the St. John's pattern used by Florida East Coast Railway. Pattern consists of a gray and blue floral and animal border broken with a geometric design.
    The platter measures 12 by 8 1/2 inches and was manufactured by Hutschenreuther in 1925, according to the backstamp. FEC Ry is also on the backstamp and it was furnished by BH Field Co of New York.
    There is a chip on the dry foot on the bottom and moderate utensil use in the well. There is one deeper scratch near the verge, not a crack.
    Nice addition to any railroad china collection or even for those who collect vintage Floridiana.
