    This is Delta no. 1310082.  This is the return spring assembly for the following Delta drill press':  11-090, 14-040, 14-070,17-900 type 1 and 2, 17-950L, 17-959L, 17-965 type 1 and 2, 17-970L, DP250, DP350, DP400.   The OD is 2.340, height .682, and the hole size .548.  Shipping on this item is free via USPS or UPS.
