Condition is "New". Shipped with either USPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail it is vacuum sealed for shipping purposes and should be removed from the vacuum bag on arrival.
We are offering professionally sheared Corriedale raw wool fleeces, it will have some vegetable matter within it as it as it is raw fleece.  These fleeces have been on the skirting table so some of the organic matter has been removed. Any that is left will wash out very easily!! Raw wool allows you to spin or wash or dye it to what your needs are.
This price is for the whole fleece which is approximately 8 -10 pounds!!!!
Corriedale is known for soft wool for hand spinners and weavers, and works exceptionally well for felting projects. Corriedale is great to spin for the beginners as the staple length makes it easy. The experienced spinners love it as well because it is such a fabulous fiber. Corriedale wool is a fine, well-crimped wool with a "medium" staple length of approximately 2 1/2 to 3 inches, elastic and ideally used in projects where fiber memory is more important.
Look at the pictures really well this is what you are getting. Remember there is some vegetable matter which can be washed out very easily.
We shear in the fall and spring for easy lambing! You will be receiving this year shearing.
