Description
Chicago Milwaukee St. Paul and Pacific railroad used this pattern, called Peacock, in their dining cars.The pattern consists of a multi-colored peacock surrounded by flowers, in shades of pink, yellow and blue with a blue scalloped border design.
Syracuse China manufactured this pattern, as is
marked on the back. It was used from the 1920s to the 1960s.
I have 2 of these oval platters. One is from 1939 and the other, 1940. Near mint condition on both. Buy one or both with combined shipping. Measures 8 by 6 1/2 inches.
