    Cardboard Protractor and Scale, Military Service Publishing Co.  I got this with a bunch of 1940's paper ephemera but have no idea if it is World War II related.  EX
    condition.   I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system and grade very conservatively (see my feedback). This does NOT necessarily correspond to the generic Ebay grading system that we must use. Shipping is .95 in the U.S.
