This is a CANOE vinyl sticker.
The condition is new.  It is made of white weatherproof automotive quality vinyl - good for use inside or outside on windows or vehicles, binders or lockers - any smooth surface.
The sticker is approximately 3" tall and 7.5" wide.  You get two of them.  The sticker is just the white parts you see in the photo.  It is stuck to a dark blue kitchen counter for display purposes.  The sticker comes complete with application tape and instructions on how to use it.
