Blackmagic Decklink 4K SDI + Decimator HDMI to SDI Converter Combo

Description

Up for sale is a Blackmagic 4K SDI capture card + Decimator HDMI <-> SDI Converter. The Decimator is used but works completely fine.
The Decklink 4K is open box but unused. I opened it and installed it into a PC wanting to have a rack mount video capture system that would require SDI, but unfortunately the project has fallen through so I never had a chance to use it. The PC it was installed in was never plugged in, thus the capture card itself is entirely unused.
