Zenith Table Radio
I purchased this radio years ago, after a time the volume was very low. I had it gone through in 2018 and it played well,
with good sound and volume
until last year. The sound wasn't very good, so I had it worked on again, the radio repairman said he fixed it, but the tuner had some corrosion and the more I played the radio, the better. The radio sounded very good for about a week, then stopped playing, the next day it was playing well and now again it doesn't play and the tubes do not light up. It must be a bad connection. It is like it's getting no power at all. The cord and plug look ok. I thought this radio had a great look and it was one of my favorites. The case shows wear and age, but still looks good. The top left back edge corner has a chip in the veneer, that I never noticed until listing for auction.  Some of the cardboard back is missing. I think this radio is worth the effort to fix up as it is an attractive design and it's a Zenith.
