    Description

    This is an amazing Antique Imari Bowl, completely hand decorated. No stenciling, this piece is ALL hand painted. This beautiful work of art survives in excellent condition and rings like a bell when tapped. No chips, No cracks, not even hairline cracks. There is a small uneven spot along the rim. This is a pre-firing imperfection and not damage. It is shown in the last photo. This FINE Imari Bowl measures 8.25" diameter across the rim, and about 5" tall. The base is nicely reccessed. This is a very old Imari bowl, exact age unknown, in very nice condition. Please see all the photos for an accurate description.
