Antique Fada vintage plaskon tube radio restored and working

Description

Up for sale is a 1949 FADA vintage tube radio model 790  in off-white Plaskon case with golden mesh grill cover and square golden dial.
It is 8 tube AM/FM radio with internal loop antenna and four rotary controls for on/off/volume, band, tone and tuning.
Radio was recapped, all tubes tested and replaced as needed, controls cleaned and lubricated.
New dial light and power cord were installed.
AM reception is good.
No reception on FM.
Case was cleaned and polished.
There is small fatigue crack (see pictures)
Back cover and paper sticker are present.
