Antique c1920 Art Deco Arthur Stone Sterling Silver Milk Pitcher

Description

Presented is a handsome, sterling silver milk pitcher or large creamer made by Arthur Stone and hand crafted by Arthur L. Hartwell between 1909 and 1937. This vintage piece is in a simple form, with aa applied solid lip along the top rim and a curved handle. The front has a block letter monogram of the initials AVH.
The underside is marked with the Stone hallmark, sterling and H for Arthur L. Hartwell.
This piece is in excellent overall condition. There are some incredibly small pen-tip sized dings to the piece, but they are honestly only visible when you are holding the piece up to the light at an angle. Undoubtedly a few dents were professionally removed. The interior and exterior were professionally cleaned. There are no other flaws and no repairs.
The creamer measures 5 3/4 inches from handle to spout, is 4 1/4 inches tall and weighs 267 grams or 9.4 ounces.
