66 Pre-Fair * 1939 New York World’s Fair DEPT OF RESEARCH BULLETINS Many Topics
This auction is for a very scarce grouping of sixty-six (66) original Information Bulletins from the Department of Research for the New York World’s Fair 1939, Inc.  The lot includes 66 bulletins, a cover sheet, and a Contents page.  The bulletins were stored in their mailing envelope which is postmarked April 7, 1939, before the Fair opened.  The cover sheet states that there should be 67 Bulletins - I checked the numbers and this group does not have #12 or #58 but it has 2 numbered 61 with different subjects (66 total bulletins).  Some are identified as A, B, or C since they were revised as the Opening Date got nearer.  Each page is 8 ½” x 11” and was 3-hole punched for a binder (possibly printed on pre-punched paper).  The Bulletins and cover letter are in Excellent condition.  The mailing envelope is VG with edge wear, tears, and bends.  Please look at all the photos and ask any questions.  See my other auctions - combine shipping and save.
