Hi grade New York World's Fair pennants from 1939 & 1940!  The pennants still have bright colors, with both tassels complete and intact.  Slight loss of felt at very tip of taper of the '39 pennant.  Still rare beauties from the first NY World's Fair!  Thanks for looking -
