    1999 Postcard  Ad to introduce the “New” American Express Blue (Clear Plastic) Credit Card with 3" CD-ROM
    This promotional advertising postcard was used to introduce the "new" American Express (AMEX) Blue (clear plastic) credit card more than 20 years ago.
    Included was a 3" CD-ROM for Mac & Windows.  The CD has never been removed from the sealed plastic holder and the entire card is in excellent like-new condition (see photos).
